HR Manager (m/f/d)

For our new established office in Olomouc, we are looking for an HR Manager. In this exciting position you are responsible for the most important value in our company: our PEOPLE. As an HR Manager, you manage the full range of Human Resources Management tasks, ideally coming from the Payroll area.


  • Responsibility for the whole Employee Lifecycle: Sourcing, Recruiting, Contracting, Onboarding, Development and Payroll
  • Executing Payroll incl. all related calculations, such as business trip reimbursements and travel allowances etc.
  • Main contact person to all required local offices and authorities
  • Responsibility for establishing/roll-out professional HR tools and methods in our new office in Olomouc, guided and standardized from ZKW Headquarters
  • Key User for our HR Software, such as “SAP Successfactors”
  • Environmental / Occupational Health & Safety


  • Psychological, commercial or legal education/degree
  • Several years of experience in Payroll/Human Resources
  • Very good English and/or German are a must have
  • Responsible, self-driven and communicative person with eloquent demeanor
  • Intercultural interest and empathic personality
