In this exciting position you have the overall responsibility for the development of automotive-lighting-systems in the ZKW Engineering Hub in Czech Republic
Tasks:
General responsibility of development for projects in the automotive-lighting-systems area
Balanced and robust system architecture including sub-system specification and targets
Evaluation and implementation of requirements and system changes (accept/reject)
Close tracking on the specific topic responsibilities as: Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, Intellectual properties, Homologation, DVP&R, Fit&Finish and ECR.
Verified and validated product development (V&V)
System development lead (budget, resources and processes) for RFQ, predevelopment and product development
Leading the engineering team in projects
Technical leader in front of customer, responsible for technical discussion and coordination within sub-ordinated team, presentation of development results of the project
Qualifications:
Technical Master degree in engineering (University)
Experience as a team-leader
Very good English and/or German are a must
Relevant experience in automotive industry
Project management methods
High quality and cost awareness
Reliable, empathic person enjoying working in a multinational (engineering)
