TEAM LEADER OPTICAL ENGINEERING MODULE (all genders)

In this exciting position you are main responsible for the light engineering part in customer projects, also for the knowledge transfer of ZKW light engineering processes in our plant in Czech Republic.

Úkoly:

Responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the subordinated employees
Responsible for coordinating and implementing the development of all optical components in order-related developments, or customer-related predevelop-ments
Further develop and optimize existing processes in order to achieve current and future product development goals
Ensuring the development of optical components for customer project
Mentoring subordinate (eg: new) employees
Support for employees with special problems
Training needs, training programs, internal team building to find solutions
Further develop and optimize existing processes in the context of construction and system development
Customer and supplier contacts as part of the required activities due to the project
Manage internal projects
Perform group information meetings

Kvalifikace:

Secondary or University Degree (towards mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, electronics, IT)
Very good knowledge of English, German language is advantage
Very good knowledge of optical components and concepts
Very good analytical thinking
Very good optical knowledge
Good argumentation and negotiation skills
More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in the field of lighting technology is advantage
