SAP Key User

Provide support to the operational area in the implementation, administration and support of the SAP system

Act as Key User in the implementation of the SAP systems of the manufacturing modules, as well as giving support to the operations team in other IT platforms.
Preparation of training material for users, responsible for unit and integral tests, participation in the creation of SAP profiles.
Design of manufacturing processes, flaws and errors detection, participating in an effective way in the development of business cases for the development of new functionalities in SAP.
Accompany improvements in the SAP process, together with IT business analysts, internal / external consultants and Key Users from other areas, identifying problems and suggesting solutions that have global reach in the area.
Verifying processes and proposing changes that have as objective the good development of the work of the operations area.
Carrying out monitoring reports of the activities of the production area, accompanying the processes, identifying possible bottlenecks and acting together with financial management to solve problems
