the Wieselburg-based lighting systems specialist has been intensively committed to promoting the health of its employees and making the company healthier. ZKW has now once again been awarded the seal of quality for workplace health promotion by the BGF network. The ZKW FIT programme offers employees, among other things, a comprehensive exercise programme, various preventive services and targeted nutritional advice. &#8220;The health and satisfaction of our employees is very important to us. The award recognises our activities for the well-being of the workforce,&#8221; says Dr Wilhelm Steger, CEO of the ZKW Group.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-225c1d51 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"225c1d51\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"idTextPanel\" class=\"jqDnR\">\n<p>Exercise, prevention and nutrition are the three pillars on which the ZKW FIT programme is based. This includes company sports teams in twelve different sports &#8211; including popular activities such as football, running, cycling and Nordic walking. But tennis, stand-up paddling, volleyball, climbing, golf, gym, workout and yoga are also part of the exercise offer. In addition, employees benefit from a wide range of preventive services, free vaccinations, lectures and workshops on topics such as healthy nutrition, resilience and stress management, as well as individual counselling that goes beyond the health check-up with the company doctor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Balanced nutrition in everyday working life<\/strong><br \/>The modern ZKW company restaurant provides employees with healthy, varied meals. For example, in addition to home cooking, there is also a vitality dish every day.
