seal of approval<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7f75d5 news-intro elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7f75d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The General Accident Insurance Institution (AUVA) has awarded ZKW the &#8220;safe and healthy working&#8221; seal of approval. This is in recognition of the lighting system specialist&#8217;s strong commitment to the health and safety of its employees. The award of the seal of approval requires a systematic evaluation by the AUVA, in which occupational safety and health protection are checked according to various criteria. &#8220;The seal of approval proves that we offer our employees demonstrably safe and healthy working conditions and devote the utmost attention to occupational safety,&#8221; explains Dr. Wilhelm Steger, CEO of the ZKW Group.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38b94c30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38b94c30\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"idTextPanel\" class=\"jqDnR\">\n<p>A commission from AUVA inspected the workplace conditions at the ZKW sites in Wieselburg, Haag and Wiener Neustadt. A large number of criteria were scrutinized, including workplace evaluation and risk assessment, qualification and instruction, control obligations, internal and external communication, legal compliance, repair and maintenance, procurement, coordination of external companies, temporary workers, groups of people requiring special consideration, handling of critical incidents, investigations and persons responsible within the company. In the evaluation of the audit, ZKW achieved a record result for the company with 127.7 out of 130 achievable points. In particular, ZKW was able to improve and achieve top scores in the areas of inspection obligations, groups of people requiring special consideration and investigations.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Appreciation for employees<\/strong><br \/>The AUVA seal of approval recognizes the company&#8217;s great commitment and appreciation for its employees. For example, ZKW was once again awarded the seal of approval for workplace health promotion by the BGF network in 2023. In addition to the highest standards in occupational safety, the company offers additional services such as the ZKW FIT program, which offers employees a comprehensive exercise program, various preventive services and targeted nutritional advice. Employees also benefit from free preventive services and supported vaccinations, as well as individual health consultations.
