Foreing Trade Analyst IMMEX/ CIVA

Main Goal

In this challenging position you will be responsible of accomplish the liability of customs law applicable to the company and management of promotion trade programs.

Responsibilities

Create processes related with customs clearance, temporary inventory control, and managment of Annex 24-31.
Coordinate documentary operation (virtual operations, regularization, switch of import regimen, complementary declaration, etc.)
Review Customs brokerage and Customs Legal advisory invoices.
Ensure the accomplishment of the obligations related to IMMEX, CIVA, PROSEC and customs law.
Coordinate and review results of Health check audits with legal advisors.
Fill and management ofAnnex 24 and 31.
Create Customers Certificate of origin.
Request of certificates of origin to suppliers.
Create Analysis of origin.
Monitor of times to return back or payment of taxes of temporary imports.
Submit writings to the authority of sub-manufactures and insurance factor.
Follow Customs Law changes that can affect to ZKW.
Ask for HS Code confirmation to the government and with customs broker.

Qualifications

University Degree International Trade or Foreign Trade.
Full customs legal knowledge.
Knowledge about VUCEM, Annex 24 and Annex 31.
Knowledge about free trade agreements.
Knowledge about PROSEC, IMMEX and CIVA.
Legal audits knowledge of the government.
Additional competencies required are listed in the competence profile.
