M Lean Management

Main Goal

In this position you will be responsible of through the consistent application of the lean, contribute methods and improving the existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency of the whole company.

Responsibilities

Hands-on proved experience implementing Kaizen Workshops and work together with the production teams.
Cost focus & budget control in following up hard savings based on muda analysis.
A bonus would be to have project management in plastic injection components.
Develop potentials, derive measures across the entire value chain, and continuously monitor the progress of the production system.
Application of the lean contribute methods and improving the existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency of the whole company.

Qualifications

Business degree.
At least 2 years experience in full responsibility of lean initiatives of an automotive company.
Six Sigma Black Belt
Knowledge of the main Q-standards of the automotive industry (Eg. IATF 16949, FMEA)
Methodological knowledge «Lean» (Eg. 6S, SMED, TPM, VALUE STREAM)
Leadership skills- communication skills, persuasion, conflict resolution skills, teamwork, goals, staff development.
