Quality Assurance Customer Engineer

Main Goal

In this challenging position you will secure the customer care regarding quality from the beginning of the series production to the end of spare parts obligation of a product.


  • Realization and collaboration according to the PSP defined task for the Q team member in the industrialization of a Project
  • Preparation of the test instruction and supplementary sheet for the production in coordination together with the QEP
  • Giving support at the packaging definition
  • Take over and handling of the Control Plan
  • Establish boarder samples for single components and finished goods
  • Evaluation of parts and deliveries at the prototype series
  • Handling of claims. Define with the customer immediate actions
  • Collaboration at the prearrangements for the internal and external. Process approval


  • Knowledge about quality tools and statistics
  • Problem solving methods
  • Reclamation process
  • General training about quality
  • Engineer degree
  • English language
  • At least 2 years in similar position
  • Logical thinking
  • Team player
  • Be able to take decisions
  • Assertiveness
