Talent Attraction & Retention Analyst

Main Goal

Select and attract staff in time for the different processes of the company, as well as participate in the strategies to ensure the greatest possible permanence of the staff.

Responsibilities

  • Cover external and internal vacancies within the target following the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating interviews with the candidates and the respective areas.
  • Offer letter and induvial contract administration.
  • Keep within the target recruitment kpis.
  • Keep within the target the early fluctuation.
  • Get in contact with some dependencies to promote the company and gets candidates easily.
  • Contact external headhunter in case is need it.
  • Administration and updating of web pages related to recruitment.
  • Fulfill the personnel file with all the necessary documents of every new hiring and promotion.
  • Lead internal and external audits.
  • Support the department in other Human Resources activities.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably studies related to administration (Industrial Relations, organizational psicology, bussines administration, etc)
  • 2 – 4 years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Experience in other companies of automotive manufacturing.
  • Competency-based interviewing.
  • Application and interpretation of psychometric tests.
  • Management of recruiting platforms.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinkin.
  • Adaptable.
  • Problem solver.
  • Expressive and creative.
  • Advanced English
