Warranty Center Engineer

Main Goal

In this challenging position you will be responsible of guarantee the customer service through delivering quality products from beginning of the program until it expires in the company, spread the customer specific requirements within the company ZKW and assistant of PQ Manager on warranty customer issues.

Responsibilities

Coordinate warranty analysis team.
Technical support to the PQS team.
Manage cost center.
Review 8D’s prior to deliver to customer.
Assist PQ management on technical decision.

Qualifications

University degree in Electronics
Experience in analisis of electronic components.
Knowledge in problem Solving methods
Core tools knowledge
Knowledge in drawing interpretation
Knowledge in functional test
SPC
GD&T
Customer portal management
VDA 6.5 and VDA 6.3
