Process Engineering Assembly

Main Goal:

In this challenging position you will responsible for the definition and ongoing optimization of manufacturing processes for assembly lines. Considering the existing and required resources to ensure cost-effective, high quality product manufacturing

Tareas:

Production planning and process planning, as a basis for integrating new products into production project management
Procurement of production equipment operation material and fixtures
Supervision of try out production
Launch coordination
Process integration of procedures and products into production. This includes in particular the administration of master data and work plans
Cause analysis and problem solving for problems during production
Equipment design, process and material flow planning, layout and operating resources planning
Integration of production machinery and logistics processes in existing or new work structures

Calificaciones:

More than 5 years’ experience in automotive industry (Process Engineer)
Detailed technical knowledge about the following processes (Manual and automatic Assembly, Screwing, Gluing Application, Hot Stacking, Functional Tests, Ultrasonic Welding, ABB robots, Leakage Tests)
Technical knowledge about PLC and MES systems (Siemens / TIA Portal / Scada)
Very good knowledge in industrialization of new projects
Good knowledge of Core Tools (AMEF / Control Plan / SPC / MSA / APQP / PPAP)
Good English skills
Good administrative / documentation knowledge
Good knowledge in automotive procedures (ISO / IATF / TS / VDA6.3)
Structured way of problem solving
