In this position you will be responsible for the office administration and HR functions at the USA location – ZKW Lighting Systems USA, Inc. – in Troy, Michigan.
Coordination of the daily schedule for the General Manager
Communication with Headquarters in Austria, other sites of the ZKW Group as well as external parties such as government and customers
Travel management including visa and pool car maintenance
Administrative petty cash and cash book, process of incoming and outgoing invoices
Basic HR Functions such as payroll processing, maintenance of employee information, time management, employee onboarding and exit, assistance with annual employee dialogue, monthly HR Reporting and communication benefits administration
Generation of Internal Order numbers
Assistance of the General Manager in representing ZKW in NAFTA
Experienced candidates preferred
Economical oriented education preferred
Very good skills in MS Office and organizational skills

Salary range $ 35,000 – $ 50,000 annually, based on experience
