Náplň práce / Job description

Your Role and Responsabilities:

  • Promote and implement human resource principles and values by planning and managing human resources programs according to the ZKW Group guidelines; directly supervises HR staff
  • Implement human resources strategies including talent acquisition, staffing, employee lifecycle processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, HR records management, personal marketing, succession planning, employee relations and retention, labor relations
  • Manage human resources processes like recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change
  • Develop human resources financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances on the business
  • Support management by providing human resources counsel and coaching
  • Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enfor-cing organization values
  • Comply with and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Požiadavky / Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources as HR director/ HR manager, preferably in an international manufacturing company
  • People management or leadership experience
  • Project management skills and exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent English Language skills
  • Ability to establish, build and maintain positive working relationships with members of HR team and other internal/external partners
  • Previous experience in negotiation with Trade Union would be an advantage
