Náplň práce / Job description

  • Providing administrative support to the head of manager and group leaders
  • Meeting organization, meeting room preparation and catering to guests
  • Detailed meeting planning as part of customer audits/visit
  • Management of the holiday and business trip planning overview, work wear overview, IT equipment overview
  • Preparations for hiring new employees
  • SAP entering absences, providing attendance information
  • Handling correspondence, calls to customers and suppliers as needed
  • Internal procurement and management of office supplies
  • Support in resource, training and budget planning
  • Assistance in ensuring the retention of the recordings generated in the department
  • Other tasks from senior manager

Požiadavky / Requirements

  • Commercial training with maturite-level or corresponding practice (secretariat)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
  • Experience with SAP program is advantage
  • English language level B2
  • German is advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good self-management skills
  • Flexible and willing to work 6,5 hours daily
  • Enjoyment of working in a corporate environment and team spirit
