Z\u00e1kladom s\u00fa digit\u00e1lne HD sveteln\u00e9 moduly s rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm viac ako 1,3 mili\u00f3na pixelov, ktor\u00e9 vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa presne ovl\u00e1date\u013en\u00fd sveteln\u00fd obraz na ceste. \u0160pi\u010dkov\u00e9 svetlo sa dynamicky prisp\u00f4sobuje situ\u00e1cii v prem\u00e1vke a prec\u00edzne vystrieda ostatn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky. Syst\u00e9m tak prispieva k vysokej \u00farovni bezpe\u010dnosti vodi\u010dov, chodcov a zvierat. Jedine\u010dn\u00fdm prvkom vysokokvalitn\u00fdch LED svetlometov je mo\u017enos\u0165 blikania denn\u00fdch svetiel v tvare kladivka typick\u00e9ho pre \u0161v\u00e9dsku zna\u010dku. Sveteln\u00e9 prvky LED denn\u00fdch svetiel tvoria dizajn v tvare kladiva, pri\u010dom hlava je rozdelen\u00e1 na \u0161es\u0165 sveteln\u00fdch segmentov, zatia\u013e \u010do stopku tvor\u00ed desa\u0165 \u010fal\u0161\u00edch prvkov. Ak prepnete na hlavn\u00e9 svetlo, kladivo sa horizont\u00e1lne rozdel\u00ed a zvidite\u013en\u00ed sa hlavn\u00fd svetlomet. Tento pohyb sl\u00fa\u017ei nielen na prepnutie z denn\u00e9ho na hlavn\u00e9 svetlo, ale &#8222;\u017emurknut\u00edm&#8220; svetlometov zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje aj postupnos\u0165 \u0161tartu vozidla. &#8222;T\u00e1to funkcia animovan\u00e9ho svetla je jedine\u010dn\u00e1 a dostupn\u00e1 len u tohto v\u00fdrobcu,&#8220; vysvet\u013euje Dr. Steger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Svetlo LED pixelov s vysok\u00fdm rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00edm<\/strong><br \/>Ako z\u00e1klad svetlometu pou\u017e\u00edva spolo\u010dnos\u0165 ZKW sveteln\u00fd modul &#8222;Segment Light&#8220;, ktor\u00fd kombinuje maticov\u00e9 dia\u013ekov\u00e9 a stret\u00e1vacie svetlo. Signaliza\u010dn\u00fd sveteln\u00fd syst\u00e9m kombinuje denn\u00e9 svetlo, pozi\u010dn\u00e9 svetlo a smerov\u00e9 svetlo v mimoriadne kompaktnej forme n\u00e1padn\u00e9ho dizajnu. Denn\u00e9 svetlo, ktor\u00e9 je pohybliv\u00e9 v\u010faka inovat\u00edvnej kinematike, dod\u00e1va \u00faplne nov\u00e9mu SUV jedine\u010dn\u00fd vzh\u013ead. Ke\u010f je vozidlo odomknut\u00e9, jednotliv\u00e9 prvky svetlometov blikaj\u00fa jeden za druh\u00fdm a potom sa rozlo\u017eia a odhalia dia\u013ekov\u00e9 svetl\u00e1 s blikac\u00edm efektom. Inteligentn\u00e9 svetlomety boli vyvinut\u00e9 v z\u00e1vode ZKW vo Wieselburgu a vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa sa v z\u00e1vodoch ZKW v Silao\/Mexiko a Dalian\/\u010c\u00edna. &#8222;Pou\u017eit\u00edm recyklovan\u00e9ho plastov\u00e9ho granul\u00e1tu a hlin\u00edka vyroben\u00e9ho zo 40 % recyklovan\u00fdch surov\u00edn tie\u017e v\u00fdrazne prispievame k udr\u017eate\u013enosti,&#8220; hovor\u00ed Dr. Steger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na dizajn<\/strong><br \/>Pri v\u00fdvoji high-tech svetlometu bolo potrebn\u00e9 zoh\u013eadni\u0165 r\u00f4zne po\u017eiadavky. Na jednej strane musel syst\u00e9m vydr\u017ea\u0165 minim\u00e1lne 500 000 cyklov otvorenia a zatvorenia pri v\u0161etk\u00fdch vplyvoch prostredia. Okrem toho musela horizont\u00e1lna \u010das\u0165 denn\u00e9ho svetla dosiahnu\u0165 svoju koncov\u00fa polohu do 500 milisek\u00fand, aby sa uvo\u013enili hlavn\u00e9 sveteln\u00e9 funkcie. Okrem toho sa vy\u017eadovala n\u00edzka hmotnos\u0165 pohybliv\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed pri s\u00fa\u010dasnej homogenite denn\u00e9ho svietenia. &#8222;Na\u0161e v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 oddelenie dok\u00e1zalo s ve\u013ek\u00fdm nasaden\u00edm splni\u0165 vysok\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky zna\u010dky na dizajn,&#8220;
