Logistics Production Planning

Main Goal:

In this challenging position you will be responsible for the efficient execution of series production for injection Molding, Hard Coating, Arzzuffi and Assembly lines and follow up all serial engineering changes and the implementation with Design team.

Tareas:

  • Plans and prepares production schedules for all serial production area.
  • Provides tiem windows for projects to be able to test the tools.
  • Follow up the master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation.
  • Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
  • Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation.
  • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Works with KANBAN.
  • Maintains MRP up to date with current data and works directly from it.
  • Every day updates the production schedule on line.
  • Reporting compliance of the previous day production schedule through the official format and posts the updated status for staff knowledge.
  • If due to a failure of the production plan, a delivery to the customer is affected, a root cause analysis and countermeasures will be requested to avoid recidivism (8d’s, 5w or QRQC).
  • Manages serial production engineering changes and BOM updates.
