Process Engineer Surface

Main Goal

Definition and ongoing optimization of manufacturing processes for surface production. Considering the existing and required resources to ensure cost-effective, high quality product manufacturing.

Tareas:

Integration of new products into production.
Procurement of operation material and fixtures.
Supervision of Try out production.
Launch Coordination.
Collaboration in creating, reviewing, changing and managing the process.
Participation in the test planning and documentation (process analysis, process sign-off PSO).
Change Management including adaption and maintenance of master data and production documents.
Machine design, process and material flow planning, layout and operating resources planning.
Preparation of RFQ documents for machines and operation material.
Logistics analysis and conceptions for facilities and operating equipment, benchmarking and monitoring of manufacturing processes.
Integration of production machinery and logistics processes in existing or new work structures.

Calificaciones:

University degree, preferably technical degree (material science, chemistry, Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.).
3-5 years in similar function.
Experience in Automotive Industry.
Industrialization of new paint lines.
Supplier management.
Feasibility analysis studies.
Automatic painting process parameters.
Vacuum metallization process.
Curing process for paints.
Design or modeling of mechanical parts in Autodesk Inventor.
Advanced English.
