Information Security at ZKW
Information security is a key element of our corporate responsibility. The aim of our Information Security Policies is to adequately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and information systems. This is achieved through defined directives, work instructions, guidelines, and processes to ensure a consistent minimum level of information security across the entire ZKW Group.
Informationssicherheit ist ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer Unternehmensverantwortung. Ziel unserer Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien ist es, die Vertraulichkeit, Integrität und Verfügbarkeit von Informationen und Informationssystemen angemessen zu schützen. Dies erfolgt durch klare Vorgaben, Arbeitsanweisungen, Richtlinien und Prozesse, um ein einheitliches Mindestniveau der Informationssicherheit innerhalb der gesamten ZKW Group sicherzustellen.
Future employees will receive a password from their local HR contact to access the Information Security Policies.
- Please download the provided documents and read them in full.
- Together with your employment contract, you will receive a separate document (“Information Security Commitment”) from HR.
- By signing this document, you confirm that you have read, understood, and will comply with all Information Security Policies.
- The signed document must be returned to HR no later than your first working day.
Zukünftige Mitarbeitende erhalten von ihrer jeweiligen HR-Ansprechperson ein Passwort für den Zugriff auf die Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien.
- Laden Sie die hier bereitgestellten Dokumente herunter und lesen Sie diese vollständig durch.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Dienstvertrag erhalten Sie von HR ein separates Dokument („Information Security Commitment“).
- Mit Ihrer Unterschrift bestätigen Sie, dass Sie die Inhalte sämtlicher Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien gelesen und verstanden haben und diese einhalten werden.
- Das unterzeichnete „Information Security Commitment“ ist spätestens am ersten Arbeitstag an HR zu retournieren.
