Ensuring the know-how transfer from the pre-project phase to the project team
Documentation of lessons learned and communication to platform owner
Comprehensible maintenance of the project management documentation (e.g. project order, project plans, etc.)
Triggering the preparation of offers for additional services according or changes caused by customer programs
Project controlling (deadline, costs, performance (processing / implementation of work packages), stunt registration, etc.)
Continuous coordination with Product-Lines, Platforms, Quotes and Concepts and Cost Management
Qualifications:
5 years of management experience (automotive industry preferred)
College or higher education (or comparable) in the fields of technology (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, …), business education with a technical background or several years of management experience in product management
Several years of professional experience in project management
Very good planning and coordination skills
Very good problem-solving and communication skills (cross-discipline and cross-functional)
Enjoy coordinating different stakeholders to achieve the goal
Understanding and analysis skills of complex effect relationships
Comprehensive knowledge of:
Specific product functionality/UseCases in the automotive segment
Product development
Requirement’s analysis including pricing and planning
Competitive analysis / Benchmark
Commercial understanding /Design to Cost
Communication and Language skills:
English advanced
High social competence and good communication skills
High intercultural competence (leading of a global Team)
