You will be responsible for managing software projects from project start until 6M-SOP, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in the required quality. You will work closely with software development, system engineering, customers, and suppliers in an international project environment.

Delivery of software on time, within budget, and in the required quality
Active planning, tracking, and reporting of the software scope (costs, milestones, risks)
Coordination of software deliveries during sample and validation phases
Clear and proactive communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
Creation and maintenance of software development plans, tasks, and work packages
Ensuring software quality according to the software verification plan
Timely escalation of risks related to costs, quality, or timelines
Your responsibilities:
End-to-end responsibility for software projects regarding timing, costs, and quality
Rough and detailed planning and tracking of the software scope of the project
Planning and monitoring deliveries during sample phases from a software perspective
Creation and maintenance of the software development plan
Project-related communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
Creation and tracking of software tasks and work packages
Ensuring software quality according to the software verification plan
Who are we looking for?
A professional with a technical background (HTL / FH / University), preferably focused on software engineering
A confident English speaker at C1 level, able to work in an international environment
Someone experienced with software project management tools and methods
A structured and reliable project manager who can take end-to-end ownership of software projects
A strong communicator who can coordinate developers, system engineers, customers, and suppliers
Ideally someone with experience in automotive software development or complex technical projects
