Cross-process coordination: ensuring interfaces and consistency within processes as well as coordination between production sites and the Group headquarter
Process design and creation: development and creation of cross-divisional processes up to concept readiness
Process optimization: continuous improvement of cross-divisional processes based on internal performance feedback, changed framework conditions, process evaluations and audit feedback
Moderation and mediation
Process adjustments: management, coordination and follow-up of process adjustments as well as content quality review of process changes
Execution of process assessments
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in a similar role in process management
Ideally additional training in process management (e.g. (S)PcM certification)
Proven experience in planning, executing and optimizing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
Very good written and spoken English
Strong soft skills such as communication, facilitation, mediation and conflict management
