ZKW Diversity Statement Goals

We want to be a company that values and promotes diversity. Because all colours are united in light.

Our aim is to be a company that values and actively promotes diversity. We see diversity as a driving force for innovation and therefore take measures to promote it in the following five focus areas:

1. strengthen awareness of diversity in the company
2. promote women in management
3. inclusion of people with disabilities
4. promoting intercultural diversity
5. reconciliation of family and career

We see it as our opportunity and responsibility to shape a more diverse future together – by and for all of us!

Focal points of the diversity strategy

As part of ZKW’s diversity strategy, the focus was placed on five central work topics:

1. create awareness of diversity in general
2. gender: focus on the advancement of women
3. people with disabilities
4. intercultural background
5. compatibility of career and family

Broader perspectives on diversity work

In order to truly cover all dimensions of diversity, additional perspectives that are not directly covered by the five working groups are taken into account when selecting participants. These include:

1. age (including apprentices and older employees)
2. people with disabilities
3. division between salaried employees and workers
4. the LGBTQIA+ community
5. balanced gender ratio (women – men)
Through this comprehensive approach, ZKW ensures that diversity in all its facets is present and promoted within the company.
