Management changes at the ZKW Group

Ralf Klädtke and Andrew Greenlees Join ZKW Management

Wieselburg, 7/4/2017 Ralf Klädtke, new CTO, and Andrew Greenlees, new CFO, are joining the management of the ZKW Group, headquartered in Wieselburg. By adding these new members, the ZKW Group is expanding the international expertise of its management.

In addition to his international experience in the automotive sector, which he most recently proved with great success as CEO of Schaltbau Holding AG where he was responsible for “mobile traffic technology,” Ralf Klädtke (53) brings extensive expertise in future opto-electronic topics. Klädtke worked as Managing Director of Airbus DS Optronics GmbH, where he was responsible for developing market-ready sensor products, as well as in other capacities. In his function as Chief Technology Officer, starting on July 3rd 2017 Klädtke will be responsible for heading up the Technology division at the ZKW Group. Andrew Greenlees (57) has over 30 years of experience in accounting. The international financial expert with an extensive understanding of the automotive industry served as the Vice President of Finance at GETRAG, a manufacturer of drives and drive components for passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles before coming to the ZKW Group. Before that, he long held a leading financial position at the MANN+HUMMEL group. Greenlees will hold the position of Chief Finance Officer at the global ZKW Group starting on August 1st 2017. Klädtke and Greenlees are completing the general management of the ZKW Group GmbH, which consists of CEO Oliver Schubert and COO Konrad Pagenstert. “With Ralf Klädtke and Andrew Greenlees, we are adding two adept and internationally experienced top experts to our general management. Both managers will play a key role in helping shape the ZKW Group’s future strategy. We are glad to be continuing the ZKW Group’s joint course of growth together,” says CEO Oliver Schubert.
