ZKW Group Among Austria’s Top 100 Employers

The trendence Graduate Barometer 2017, the largest employer study by an Austrian research group, counts the ZKW Group among Austria’s best employers.

Independent consulting and market research institute trendence identified Austria’s top 100 employers in its largest employer study, the trendence Graduate Barometer, published on May 11th. trendence granted the honor for high performance in employer branding and personal marketing in the areas of economics and technology. The ZKW Group was selected as one of Austria’s top 100 best employers in both categories by 12,000 future employees throughout the country.

“The ZKW Group has grown rapidly over the last few years. We’ve not only almost quadrupled our revenues since 2010, we’ve also created over 4,000 new jobs over the last five years. As a specialist in innovative premium lighting systems and electronics, it’s very important to us that we create an environment for our employees where they can both develop personally and feel comfortable. This award confirms that we’re on the right path,” says Oliver Schubert, CEO of the ZKW Group. This year, around 12,000 students close to completing their diplomas at 31 universities participated in the trendence Graduate Barometer 2017. Over 3,100 of these students were in economics, and around 2,800 in engineering.
