ZKW wants to offer its employees the greatest possible flexibility, which is why there are no core hours. Every employee can therefore organize their own working hours between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday – as far as their position allows.

Christmas bonus

Paid travel time
For business trips, ZKW offers employees an additional travel allowance in order to actively promote and support their willingness to travel on business.
Relocation allowance
